Scope
This policy explains how information submitted through the Saudi Franchise Live™ guide website, exhibitor application and enquiry forms is used. Masar Expo organises the exhibition and MSXPO provides the digital platform. The demo, app and third-party services may have separate privacy policies.
Information you provide
An application may include company and brand details, country of origin, business contact name, email and phone, brand links and profile, franchise and expansion information, and preferred package and booth. Provide necessary business information only; do not send passwords or sensitive financial information through this form.
Use of information
Information is used to review participation requests, contact applicants, confirm availability and package details, and prepare the commercial offer and participation arrangements. Submitting an application does not confirm a booking. Separate marketing consent is requested when needed.
Submission and third-party services
The form sends your information through FormSubmit to info@saudifranchiselive.com. The team may use it to follow up on the application. Submission, hosting and email providers may process technical information needed for their services under their own policies. Opening WhatsApp or the demo takes you to a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy.
Enquiries and specialist discussions
Quick enquiries use your name, company or brand, at least one contact method, enquiry category and message. A specialist discussion may also include your country. Processing consent is required to review and answer the request. Future marketing consent is optional, separate and not preselected. Campaign source codes are attached to an enquiry only if you select the separate optional consent. A request reference and submission time are included; the form service supplies its own receipt timestamp. An acceptance response confirms service receipt, not inbox delivery, a booking or a meeting.
Measurement and technical information
The site records aggregate interaction events without including personal form contents. Optional central measurement is disabled by default and Google Analytics / Tag Manager are not connected yet. Your measurement choice may be stored locally so the site can remember it. If you allow optional measurement, short campaign codes may be saved in session storage for the current browser session. Rejecting optional measurement removes that session attribution. No Google scripts are loaded before optional consent and an approved identifier are available. Use the measurement preferences control in the footer to change your choice.
Retention and privacy requests
Application information is used for participation review and related follow-up. To enquire about information held by the team, request correction or deletion, or stop marketing contact, email info@saudifranchiselive.com. The team reviews requests under applicable requirements; some information may need to be retained for an existing agreement or obligation.
